Sadhana Service Project plans to bring an innovative 8-week program, Agitated to Elevated, to two different youth groups in Columbia County. Agitated to Elevated is a ground-breaking, trauma-sensitive course that transforms trauma-impacted and justice-involved youth using a holistic approach towards gaining self awareness.
