• Inclusive language: gender pronouns, diversity and race, safer spaces
• Up to date cueing: course-correcting outdated cues, myth-busting 101
• Boundaries: what they are, do you need them, how to set them
• Trauma-sensitivity: what that looks like in a yoga class
• Bringing yoga to those affected by the criminal punishment system and addiction
