We are alive and persevering during this time. It’s hard as hell but we're doing it! After receiving a grant from the Give Back Yoga Foundation last year, they agreed to be our fiscal sponsor. They are the pioneers in the field of supporting yoga in prison and recovery communities.

Sadhana Service Project plans to bring an innovative 8-week program, Agitated to Elevated, to two different youth groups in Columbia County. Agitated to Elevated is a ground-breaking, trauma-sensitive course that transforms trauma-impacted and justice-involved youth using a holistic approach towards gaining self awareness.
